One of the favourite passtimes in Twitterverse, when not making delightful memes, is to play caption contests. And the most recent picture to have caught the fancy of the Indian twitterati is one of Prime Minister Narendra Modi looking sternly at the camera, with former PM Manmohan Singh behind him, then senior Bhartiya Janata Party member and MP LK Advani and lastly Union finance minister Arun Jaitley. Not to forget, there’s Union home minister Rajnath Singh in the picture as well.

At a time when debates on demonetisation have gripped the country, this perfectly timed picture has given enough fodder to the ever-witty Netizens to come up with hilarious captions for this image, which has subsequently gone viral.

The photo was clicked when the leaders were paying their tribute to the martyrs who lost their lives during the December 13, 2001, Parliament attack. The tributes were paid at the plaque in Parliament House Tuesday morning. On the fateful day, Parliament House was attacked by terrorists. Leaders in attendance included Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari, Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.

People can’t stop giving their own captions to it. “PM, Ex-PM and Always expecting PM,” wrote a user in one of the tweets that’s gone viral.

This is not the first time the PM’s pictures have gone viral. In one of the pictures, he posed with the wrestler Great Khali and thanks to the difference in their heights, Twitterati went crazy. In another picture that was candidly clicked with US President Obama, Modi was following him and pointing his finger at him; people on social media had a good laugh captioning the picture.

Take a look at these.
