Spotting tigers is already rare and thrilling, but witnessing the big cat jump into the air is an even more extraordinary experience. A video of a tiger taking a big leap to cross a river at Sundarban National Park, West Bengal is winning hearts on the internet.

The video begins with a tiger walking towards the river to cross it. It takes a huge jump and lands on the other side of the river. The now-viral video was shared by an X user, who captioned it, “At Sunderbans. Once in a lifetime shot.”

Since uploaded, the video has garnered more than 1,10,000 views on the platform and accumulated several reactions from social media users. Reacting to it, a user wrote, “Such a breathtaking capture! The Sunderbans are truly a unique gem. Enjoy every moment of this extraordinary experience.” Another user commented, “Was reminded of Jim Corbett’s writings where he’d describe how long their bounds were and how far they could leap.”
