Silver Price Today: Silver prices in India saw sharp volatility over the last 10 days. Continuing with yesterday’s strong surge, today, on Thursday, December 18, the prices of white metal increased.

While gold continues to remain the focal point, silver has outperformed the yellow metal and surged considerably. It rose sharply–doubling over the last 11 months.

This is largely driven by the rise of demand from investors for silver ETFs, which has contributed to an increase in the prices of the precious metal.

Companies, on the other hand, are purchasing silver both as a hedge and for its industrial applications.
