Dalip Singh Rana, famous by his WWE ring name ‘The Great Khali’, recently shared a tour of the kitchen area of his restaurant that is located in Haryana’s Karnal. In the video, he showed his 6.4 million followers the behind-the-scenes of his restaurant’s kitchen operations.

The retired wrestler showed various areas of the kitchen such as the part where tandoori dishes are cooked, the Chinese food counter, and the chaat-papdi counter. He also light-heartedly chats with the staff as he mentions how they use prime ingredients in their cooking.

In the following video, Khali shared a clip that shows him trying to cook in the kitchen. It appears that he is trying to add tadka in a pan, but Khali’s antics led to the pan catching fire and bursting into flames. Khali throws the pan on the ground and steps back, without getting hurt.

This clip has gathered over three million likes. Commenting on it, an Instagram user wrote, “To be fair to him, he created the perfect amount of fire needed to cook that tadka.”

After he retired from wrestling, Khali participated in reality shows like Big Boss Season 4 and appeared in numerous commercials.

In August last year, he was featured in a video by the Mumbai Police in which he encouraged people to wear helmets while riding two-wheelers. The clip also highlighted the fact that just wearing a helmet is not enough to protect oneself — it is also essential to ensure that the helmet is of the right size and fits the head properly.
