Fiancé surprises family and in-laws with voice note by Shah Rukh Khan

A groom’s surprise to his fiancé and both sides of his family is winning hearts online. In the wholesome gesture, the groom gets on stage and plays a voice from none other than superstar Shah Rukh Khan.

In the voice note, Shah Rukh congratulates the couple on their wedding. “Hi, Kinnari! Hi, Sanjeet! This is Shah Rukh. Wishing you a very, very happy wedding and have a great time together for the rest of your lives. Wishing your family on both sides, give them my love. And Inshallah you guys will be very, very happy. Lots of love to you and once again a very happy wedding,” he says.

People can be heard cheering in the background as the voice note plays. After SRK’s message ends, the groom dances to Ruk Ja O Dil Diwane from the 1995 superhit film Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.

A video capturing this surprise has gathered over 67,000 likes since it was posted on February by wedding planning company The Crimson Circle Weddings. This clip was captioned, “You know he is the man of your dreams when he knows your true love is SRK”.

Amongst the comments of praise and admiration, many people speculated if the voice message was a deep fake. Commenting on it a Twitter user wrote, “I’m not getting married if my Fiance is not surprising me like this ❤️🤞🥲”. Another person wrote, “I’m not even going think about getting a groom like this(don’t wanna get my standards higher) but,my only question is,how did he do that??Is the voice real or dubbed and if real,fucking HOWWW???”.
