You may have encountered some peculiar food recipes while browsing through your Instagram feed, ones that did not quite appeal to your senses either visually or gastronomically. But what happens when cooking takes a completely unique and seemingly perilous turn, drawing attention from fellow creators and even Swiggy to drop a comment?
Such was the case when digital tech creator @lets_tech_official decided to prepare mini aloo parathas on a CPU surface. Initially sounding extremely risky and potentially hazardous, the process surprisingly appears harmless in the video, resembling a typical aloo paratha-making procedure.
The video commences with the digital creator applying drops of oil onto the CPU surface and evenly spreading it. Following this, he prepares the batter for the aloo paratha and fills the dough accordingly.
Subsequently, he shapes the dough into rounds and positions the mini aloo parathas on the hot, oiled CPU. Using tweezers, he delicately flips the parathas from side to side as they cook, gradually revealing their golden brown hue. Remarkably, the outcome is as flawless as one would expect from a conventional paratha.

While demonstrating the process, he cautions viewers against attempting this at home. Simultaneously, he shares that he had previously experimented with cooking an omelette on the CPU surface, which sparked his curiosity to try this unconventional method as well.
Netizens were quick to express their shock in the comments. One user wrote, “CPU: Central Processing Unit ❌ Cooking Parantha Utensil ✅.” Swiggy chimed in with, “mother ke haath ka khaana ❌ motherboard pe banaya hua khaana ✅” Another added, “Instructions unclear: how do I explain my father when he asks about the stickiness inside the PC?” A fourth quipped, “You take orders for wedding functions?”
