As one trudges past Wednesday after conquering the Monday blues, impatience for the weekend grows stronger. So on Thursday, industrialist Anand Mahindra shared a video with an inspirational message about mid-week exhaustion.
The undated video showed a skater masterfully negotiating the obstacles by zigzagging his way to the finish. It appears that this video was taken at a Korea Roller Sports Federation event. “That mid-week feeling. Hang in there, just a few more twists and turns and then you’re at the finish line….” Mahindra wrote.

A Twitter user commented, “The finish line is near, and so are the sweet rewards that await you! Think of Thursday as a funky dance move. It might feel awkward, but it’s a necessary step to reach the rhythm of the weekend! Hang on tight and let the promise of relaxation pull you through!”. Another user remarked, “Just a few more plot twists in this workweek drama, and you’ll be the hero of your own happy ending on weekend!”
Mahindra often tweets inspirational videos and presents them as a motivation to get over the mid-week slump. In February he shared a clip that showed a racer diving to the finish line and grabbing the first spot. “Love this. It’s common, mid-week, to feel that you’re falling behind. But there’s always a chance to make a flying leap into first place!” he tweeted with the undated video.
