‘Female Bruce Lee’: Waitress tackles rowdy customers, her martial arts skills caught on CCTV

A video that shows a waitress punching and kicking two customers inside an empty restaurant is going viral. The CCTV footage that is dated 2020, shows a waitress serving two customers at a table. At one point, one of the customers aggressively grabs her but she immediately kicks and punches him. After that, another customer moves towards her but he too meets the same fate even as he throws a chair at her.

It is unclear when and under what circumstances this incident took place. On Saturday, popular Twitter account CCTV IDIOTS (@cctvidiots), tweeted this video and wrote, “Female Bruce Lee 💪💪”.

This clip has gathered over 34,000 likes since it was posted. While many netizens expressed astonishment towards the woman’s exceptional martial arts skills, many people doubted whether this video was staged or not.

Commenting on it, a Twitter user wrote, “Looks like we got the upcoming Batwoman movie looking fresh!”. Another person remarked, “Was this staged? There is no one else around and the camera is focused on just them…🤷‍♀️”.

In July 2018, a similar CCTV footage taken at a pizza shop in the US went viral. In the short clip, a man can be seen inappropriately touching a waitress who immediately grabbed onto his shirt and rammed him against the wall while yelling at him. According to The Independent, the police were immediately called to the location and the offender was arrested.
