Employees can demonstrate dedication to a job and loyalty to a company in many ways—years of service, late nights to meet deadlines, or going the extra mile for success. But one man in Canada has taken this to the next level by getting his employer’s logo permanently inked on his neck. Raminder Grewal, an Indian-origin professional, has been with Keystone Environmental for nearly 25 years, rising through the ranks from project manager to partner before becoming president in 2007. It is to showcase just how much the company means to him that he made the bold, permanent statement––the company's logo as a tattoo just below his jaw. Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Grewal shared his motivation with a touch of humour. “When you’re proud of the team, the work, and the mission, you wear it proudly. Some people wear their hearts on their sleeves; I’ve decided to wear mine a little higher!” he wrote. Along with his post, he included a photo of the fresh tattoo. He even invited others to weigh in on his commitment, asking, "Too far or just the right amount of commitment?" See the post: Grewal’s bold move took many by surprise, with some online users applauding him for his remarkable display of dedication. “That’s extreme. But I love the passion and commitment,” wrote a vice-president of a company. Another user said, “The rebranding consultant is going to have to bring their A-game to you!” A third user did some wordplay in the comments. “This is INK-credible!! Guaranteed Keystone Environmental will now get thousands more ink-quiries,” he wrote. Another Linkedin user commented, “Looks great! Think this might be a new trend for entrepreneurs.”
