A highly accurate video that shows how different breeds of dogs react to nail clipping at pet salons is going viral. The hilarious video involves two people who appear to be either veterinarians or pet groomers. While one person plays the role of the groomer, another person acts how the specific dog would react when it comes to clipping its nails.
The actors imitate a pug’s dramatic antics, the aggressiveness of chihuahuas, the friendliness shown by pit bulls, the reluctant compliance shown by golden retrievers, and finally the loud howls of a beagle.
On Monday, a Twitter user named Rachael (@RachaelHasIdeas) tweeted this video after it was first posted online by TikTok user @ktbergeron.

This tweet gathered over 16,000 likes. Commenting on it a Twitter user wrote, “That was an excellent rendition of different breeds reaction to having their nails clipped. My dachshund looks at me and he’s saying; let’s get out of here now, I don’t wanna be here. Dogs are so precious!”. Another person wrote, “The way they are all so accurate though. Too bad she didn’t fit in the husky ”.
“As someone who has done nails for all of these breeds, this is completely accurate. Especially the golden retriever. They be so nice but feel so defeated ,” said another.
