Mi India is holding an open sale of Mi Band today on its website, priced at Rs 999. The open sale is to celebrate Xiaomi’s first year in India.
The Mi Band comes with a core tracker that counts steps, shows distance walked, calories burned and even tracks sleep. The Mi Band also comes with a smart alarm system that sends out vibration at desired time. The tracker is water-resistant and can be used to unlock any Android smartphone without password. The Mi Band also does notify about incoming calls. The Mi Band pairs with smartphones through Mi Fit app and Bluetooth.
The core comes with a hypoallergic silicone/thermoplastic based wristband with anti-microbial and anti-UV properties. Also included is a separate charger module and charging happens through a 5.0V DC external source. The battery lasts for over 30 days.
