Apple closed its fiscal 2025 on a high note, reporting record September-quarter revenue of $102.5 billion, an 8% year-on-year increase, powered by strong iPhone and Services sales, especially in markets like India.

Apple is very proud to report a September quarter revenue record of $102.5 billion, including a September quarter revenue record for iPhone and an all-time revenue record for Services,” said CEO Tim Cook, highlighting the launch of the iPhone 17 lineup, AirPods Pro 3, and the new Apple Watch.

In the earnings call, Cook added that Apple continues to expand globally, setting revenue records in multiple regions — from the U.S. and Europe to South Asia, with an all-time high in India. “We grew in the vast majority of markets we track and had September quarter revenue records in dozens of markets, including the US, Canada, Latin America, Western Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Korea, and South Asia. We also set a September quarter revenue record in emerging markets and an all-time revenue record in India.”

Cook also underscored its growing retail presence, with new stores opening in India, the UAE, the U.S., and China as it heads into the holiday season with what Cook called Apple’s “most extraordinary lineup yet.”

Apple’s CFO Kevan Parekh said iPhone revenue hit $49 billion, up 6% year-on-year, driven by the iPhone 16 family, which saw record performance across emerging markets including Latin America, the Middle East, and India. “Our installed base of active devices reached a new all-time high across all categories,” Parekh said.

“According to the recent survey from World Panel, iPhone was a top-selling model in the U.S., urban China, the UK, France, Australia, and Japan. We continue to see very high levels of customer satisfaction in the U.S. at 98% as measured by 451 Research,” he added.
