(PTI)IPL Points Table 2024, Team Rankings: Winners in their first IPL season and runner ups in the second, Gujarat Titans won’t be featuring in the playoffs in IPL 2024. The last home game for GT ended without a flip of the coin taking place at the Narendra Modi Stadium as bad weather led to the game being abandoned.
Their opponents, Kolkata Knight Riders on the other hand, remain at the top of the points table and have now confirmed a top-two spot in the league stage which means the two-time winners will be playing in Qualifier 1.
On Sunday, Royal Challengers Bengaluru beat Delhi Capitals and moved up to the fifth spot in the standings. Winning their fifth game on the trot, RCB set up a potential knockout clash with Chennai Super Kings on May 18 in their final match of the league stage.
CSK went up to third in the IPL points table after their 5-wicket win against Rajasthan Royals, also strengthening their position in the Play-off race.

KKR, RR, CSK and SRH are the four sides that are currently in the top four. The top four teams will qualify for the IPL 2024 playoffs. The top two teams will play in the first Qualifier with the winner going straight into the final. The Eliminator will be played between the teams who are placed third and fourth in the IPL 2024 standings. The winner of the Eliminator will lock horns against the losing team of Qualifier 1. The winner of the Qualifier 2 will enter the final, which will be held at May 26.
