Guidelines for the first prelims on Unstop, which opened on July 29, have been published on tatacrucible.com. It consists of 20 questions, each bearing a 30-second timer. Candidates are allowed one attempt each, with question sets being unique to every solver. The second online round will be held for the top 200 scorers, out of which 100 spots will be reserved from all 24 clusters for female candidates. In total, 4800 quizzers will be selected for this round. There are eight zones, namely Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Delhi, Chandigarh, Ahmedabad and Mumbai; each zone is further divided into three clusters each. Junior college students are not eligible. Registration Fees: None. Entry is free. All registered students will receive an email confirmation once their signup is verified. Zones: Participants must choose their zone (and thus be allotted a cluster) based on their campus/college’s location, and not their place of residence.
