Express News Quiz: The Olympics Trivia Edition

Truth be told, I don’t know much about sports. As we strolled the newsroom to test today’s quiz, most of my peers trembled at the thought of going in blind. Like me, they don’t know much beyond Rafa, Dada and the like. But by the end of it, they were left with sniggers and much food for thought.

That’s because Amit Kamath, our Assistant Editor (Sports) has designed today’s quiz to be very, very solvable. The questions might be sports-related, but the answers only demand common sense. No stats, no superlatives, no ‘you had to be there’ moments. We’ve also added trivia in the explanations, so don’t skip them!
