The Upper House of Jammu and Kashmir Assembly witnessed noisy scenes on Wednesday over the statement of Sadhvi Prachi in which she has said that the time has come to make India free of Muslims.
National Conference legislator Shahnaz Gania raised objections over Sadhvi’s remarks and asked the House to condemn her for the statement. Congress MLAs joined her in the protest. The legislators said that Muslims are a part and parcel of the country and nobody can make this country free from them.
