Earlier,Yeddyurappa had shunted out B Shivappa,the Bellary DC,after the Reddy brothers had rebelled.

Shivappa now comes back to Bellary while his replacement of the last two weeks,Harsh Gupta,gets shunted to Shimoga,the CMs home district. The embattled CM has also undone the transfer of Gadag DC NV Prasad at the behest of the Reddy brothers.
