Chief Justice of India visits Lakshadweep

The CJI was accompanied by his brother Justice D.S Thakur and their families.

The Chief Justice of India (CJI), Justice T S Thakur, recently undertook a maiden two-day visit to the Lakshadweep Islands. On reaching Lakshadweep capital Karavatti, the CJI was received by Administrator, Lakshadweep, Farooq Khan, senior officers of Lakshadweep Administration and Member of Parliament P P Mohammed Faizal.

The CJI was accompanied by his brother Justice D S Thakur, judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court, and their families.
