At least four labourers died and around 30 were trapped under debris after a seven-storey under-construction building collapsed in Kanpur on Wednesday. Till reports last came in, 18 were pulled out from under the debris with Army and National Disaster Response Force personnel being deployed to carry out rescue operations.
