SHRIRAMPUR, Nov 18: Balasaheb Vikhe Patil, MP, has suggested organising weekly bazaars in Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur and other cities like those in London.

He said the Central Government should appoint an agriculture commission and accord it statutory status.
Vikhe said the marketing committees land could be given on lease for processed projects as this would create a new market. A cold storage would also help, he said.
Reacting to Congress leaders criticism about 8220;Agro Advantage8221; being held in Mumbai, Vikhe said a farmers8217; rally was held in Pune during the chief ministership of Vasantdada Patil.
