Zee and Action Replayy to celebrate Diwali

We have seen filmstars making appearances on reality shows to promote their forthcoming films,but in what could be a unique promotional campaign,Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Zee have come together for Action Replayy Dhinchak Diwali. The event will see Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan,the main leads of Action Replayy,and Neha Dhupia,also a part of the film,performing with popular TV stars of Zees shows for a special Diwali event to be aired on the channel on October 31. The theme keeping with the films subject will have a Retro twist and pays tribute the golden era of songs and films. Says Ashish Golwankar,non-fiction programming head,Zee,The decision to do something unique for Diwali was mutually decided between us and Shah. We share a very close association with Vipul and with Action Replayy being a Diwali release,we wanted to break across the clutter of routine Diwali shows across GECs. We worked together to present an appropriate creatively intrusive and engaging content to fit in with the release of the film during Diwali.
