Beyonce pregnant,shows off baby bump

LOS ANGELES: Ramp;B singer Beyonce is expecting her first child with husband Jay Z. The Single Ladies singer smiled and clutched her burgeoning belly to announce the big news at the MTV video music awards. Beyonce said,I have a surprise as she posed for photos on the red carpet. MTV immediately wrote on its Twitter page: OMG Beyonce just made a huge announcement on the vma carpet! baby sic.

Katy Perry wins big at 2011 MTV awards

LOS ANGELES: Pop star Katy Perry beat Adele,Beastie Boys,Bruno,Mars to win the Video of the Year,the top award at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards VMAs. The 26-year-old also bagged Best Collaboration and Best Special Effects trophies,for her Kanye West-featuring video ET,reported AceShowbiz. Despite losing Video of the Year to Perry,Adele did not return home empty handed. She bagged four awards,including Best Art Direction,Editing,Cinematography,and Direction for her Rolling in the Deep video.

Richard Branson loses autobiography in blaze

LONDON: Business tycoon Richard Branson said he lost his autobiography and 15 years worth of handwritten notes when a fire ripped through his Necker Island retreat. The 61-year-old was holidaying in the British Virgin Islands when lightening hit the wooden property and set it ablaze.
