Prince William to marry on April 29

LONDON: Prince William and Kate Middleton will marry on 29 April,2011 in Westminster Abbey,the historic London church where Princess Dianas funeral was held. Royal officials said Tuesday that the couple chose the venue for its beauty,intimacy and historic royal connections,and the date because they wanted a spring wedding. The government said the day,a Friday,would be a public holiday.

Condoms okay for heterosexuals too

VATICAN CITY: Using a condom is a lesser evil than giving HIV to a partner even if it means a woman averting a possible pregnancy,the Vatican said Tuesday,as it explained comments by Pope Benedict XVIs that specifically gave the nod to use of condoms by male prostitutes. The latest interpretation of the popes comments suggests that the anti-birth control stance of the Vatican doesnt justify spread of HIV.
