The stitch in time

The campaign material used by presidents of the Rashtriya Lok Dal and BJP perhaps reflected the equations between the two parties. While RLD chief Ajit Singh used only his partys flag in home-turf Baghpat,BJP chief Rajnath Singh had flags of the BJP and RLD stitched together and put up across Ghaziabad,where he is facing a tough fight. This only fanned rumours that the BJP-RLD alliance had its origins in the need to win the Ghaziabad seat.
