Swarovski crystals are shining on the Indian ramp. And they arent just embellishing evening dresses. Fashion designers are using them to adorn other outfits too. JJ Valaya has used them on his sharp-shouldered jackets and Manish Arora has adorned his funky T-shirts and shoes with them.

Aroras Paris Fashion Week collection featured sheath dresses studded with Swarovski crystals. Designer Tarun Tahilianis wedding couture has a liberal topping of them and at a recent show in Delhi,newbie designer Nishka Lullas tunics had crystal-laden sleeves and boleros.
