The father of deceased techie,Pawan Kumar Anjaiah,on Sunday said that they have agreed to bring back the body to India.

We have filled the forms, which we had refused earlier,to complete the procedure for bringing back Pawans body. We decided to fill the forms after US officials in a telephonic conversation said it would take at least four months to get all reports, including autopsy and inquest, Pawans father said.

Pawans family had been demanding these reports as a pre-condition to sign the papers to bring his body to India. Pawans employers,IT firm Cognizant, had expressed surprise with the frequent demands made by the family.

A drug overdose is suspected to have caused the death of the 26-year-old software engineer. Pawan,a techie from Tumukur in Karnataka who was facing charges of murdering Pennsylvania woman Danielle Mehlman, allegedly committed suicide at a hotel in New Jersey on June 19.
