Shares of Smartlink Network Systems Ltd rose 20 per cent to hit the upper trading limit and a 52-week high after the company said it agreed to sell a unit to Schneider Electric for a total consideration of Rs 5.03 billion. At 10.20 a.m.,shares of the company were up 19.99 per cent at Rs 93.95.
