Not many are aware that actress Neha Dhupia has a penchant for cars. The actress loves to go for drives and prefers to be behind the wheel. She says,I am not the mushy kind who needs to be taken on a drive. I love driving myself. While the beautiful actress loves speeding up and zipping across the town in fast cars,she says,I drive within speed limits because I hate breaking rules. Ask her to list her favourite cars and she preens,I love Audi,BMW and Ferrari. Film buff Sharman Joshi is a self-confessed movie buff. The actor claims,Even after a long day of making movies,I come back home and a movie will de-stress me. Movie-watching is my favourite pastime. Ask him to list his favourite films and the actor rattles off,A few of my favourites are The Godfather series,Casablanca,Escape To Victory and Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid. He adds,I love films which have a larger-than-life backdrop and a very intimate love story in the middle of it; like in Casablanca. The romance in that film is conveyed so beautifully. Panic button It was a feeling of déjà vu for Chunky Panday when the actor was detained at the Dubai International airports immigration counter. An Arab officer stopped him saying that his visa had expired. When the actor told him that his papers were in order,he got a stern reply,Visa khallas; go back. Chunky was in a state of panic as the immigration officer was not willing to talk to him neither would he give him his passport back. But he was in for a surpirse when five minutes later the Arab officer burst out laughing and said that he was joking. Two years ago,Chunky had faced the same problem when he was detained at the Qatar airport. Punjabi tadka Vivek Oberoi simply cannot resist good Punjabi food. So when he was shooting for Amit Chandrras Kismet Love Paisa Dilli in Delhi every day after the shoot was over,the actor would head off to the nearest dhaba to indulge in their mouthwatering fare. However,back in Mumbai where he had to shoot for Krissh 3, it was back to a strict diet as he was shooting for some action scenes for the film. More recently when he was to join Sanjay Dutt for Sher, Oberoi was again tempted by his favourite food as he drove past the roadside dhabas when heading for Jaipur. He brushed aside the fitness tips that his Krrish 3 co-star Hrithik Roshan had given him and stopped by to indulge in some hot tandoori rotis,dal and sabji. Closet guitarist When he is not shooting,Sonu Sood is busy strumming the guitar. A music aficionado,Sood says,I learnt the guitar during my college days. I love to play it in my free time. Apart from playing contemporary,popular songs,the actor loves to play older numbers as well. One of my favourites is Neele neele ambar par from Kalakaar. I also like to play songs from Aashiqui and Saagar. Sometimes I sing too, says Sood. Moreover,the actor has also carried the guitar to his film sets. I have played the guitar on the sets many times. In fact,my character in Ek Vivah Aisa Bhi played the guitar and I could play it convincingly since I already know how to play it. Dancing to her tunes Kya Super Kool Hai Hum is Sarah Jane Dias second film,and the actress is leaving no stone unturned in showing her creative side. A professional dancer that she is,Sarah apart from acting,also took to choreography in the film. It so happened that while shooting a peppy-party track with Neha Sharma in a club,she asked director Sachin Yardi if she could suggest a few steps. Everyone loved her ideas and felt that they were apt for the song. Impressed by her creativity,the director incorporated all her suggestions and the steps in the number. The actress was thrilled to bits.
