Polygraph test for Shehla case accused

Interior designer Zahida Parvez,the main accused in the Shehla Masood murder case,on Tuesday claimed that the crime was masterminded by someone else.

The 36-year-old made the claim in the CBIs Special Court in Indore,which remanded her in further custody till March 16,along with her friend and accomplice Saba Farooqui and Shakib Ali alias Danger. All three accused will be subjected to polygraph tests.

Zahida admitted in the court where the three were brought at the end of their remand,that she was close to BJP MLA Dhruv Narayan Singh,but appeared to suggest that he was not involved.

Defence lawyers questioned the need for more remand after the reported confession of Zahida and Saba,and alleged that the CBIs theory was doubtful.
