Opposition parties disrupted Andhra Pradesh Governor E S L Narasimhans opening speech on the first day of the Budget Session on Monday. Telugu Desam and Telangana Rashtra Samiti TRS members walked out of the House,saying that the Governor was skipping contentious issues like the Telangana demand and corruption.

The Budget Session is likely to be a stormy affair from Tuesday with Opposition parties gunning for Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy over corruption allegations against his ministers.
