A day after cross-examining the former IGPCrime,the judicial commission investigating the death of NC worker Syed Yousuf on Friday cross-examined the head of the Forensic Sciences Laboratory and a doctor from the police hospital.
FSL head Fareeda Noor and Dr Irshad Ahmad were cross-examined before the Justice H S Bedi Commission.
The counsel representing Yousufs family said that during cross-examination,Dr Irshad said the affidavit he had submitted before the judicial panel was not sworn in his presence before a notary.
