Asus says Nexus 7 delivers 9 hours of HD video playback,10 hours of browsing,and up to 300 hours of standby time. It has a 1.2-MP front camera. The WiFi-only version costs Rs 18,999.

Lenovo recently launched ThinkPad Twist,a hybrid device that can be used as a laptop or a tablet. It runs Windows 8 and has a 12.5-inch touchscreen 1366768 pixels IPS display and comes with third-generation Intel processors,up to 8 GB RAM and 500 GB storage. It also has a mini-HDMI port,a 2-MP webcam,and weighs 1.6 kg.
