Lalu hurt as SUVs windshield breaks

RJD chief Lalu Prasad was injured when the windshield of his SUV broke and glass shards hit him on the head. He is being treated at a hospital in Patna. The windshield cracked when the SUVs driver braked hard on a pontoon bridge on the Ganga at Kachchi Dargah near Patna Friday evening. Lalu was on his way to visit the victims of a fire accident in Raghopur.

His injury was not serious,RJD spokesman Randhir Yadav said,and he would be discharged soon.
