"They are trying to demoralise our leader. Can they give evidence of law and order problem during previous meetings by visitors? We will tell Governor Droupadi Murmu about it," RJD's Jharkhand unit president said.
Meanwhile, the process for execution of a provisional bail granted to Prasad by the Jharkhand High Court on Friday would start in the Special CBI court, which is conducting the trial, once the order reaches there.
The Jharkhand High Court is to hear on April 6 Lalu Prasad's bail plea in the connection with his conviction in the third fodder scam - RC 68A/96 case - pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 37.62 crore from Chaibasa Treasury, advocate Sinha said.
Misa Bharti, her husband and all the other accused in the case appeared before the court after they were summoned by Special Judge N K Malhotra last month. Bharti's firm Mishail Packers and Printers has been named as an accused in the case.
