Ishrat,Javed were also kept at same farmhouse

The owner of the Arham Farm,Rajendra Jirawala,who was arrested by the CBI which is probing the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case,has claimed that Ishrat Jahan and Pranesh Pillai alias Javed Sheikh were also kept in the same farmhouse before Ishrat was killed by the Gujarat ATS in 2004.

Ishrats was a fake encounter and he had heard top cops discussing it in the farmhouse,Rajendra is believed to have the CBI.

Rajendra was arrested by the CBI from his house on Tuesday night. He has been charged with conspiracy and concealing the fact that Kausar Bi was kept at his farmhouse for a few days before she was killed.

However,Rajendras brother Surendra Jirawala,a Municipal councillor,had defended his brother saying that Rajendra did not know why Kausar Bi and Ishrat were kept at his farmhouse he was told that ATS needed his farmhouse for their secret operations.

Mumbra girl Ishrat Jahan,19,and Javed Shaikh were were shot dead by the Anti-Terrorist Squad on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. The Gujarat Police alleged that the group was planning to target Chief Minister Narendra Modi.
