India,China plan joint record

After 15 rounds of talks over the last eight years,India and China have finally agreed to prepare a joint agreed record on the progress made to solve the border dispute

After 15 rounds of talks over the last eight years,India and China have finally agreed to prepare a joint agreed record on the progress made to solve the border dispute. The decision was taken during a meeting of the Special Representatives,State Councillor Dai Bingguo and National Security Advisor Shivshankar Menon,in New Delhi on Tuesday.
