HC tells CBI to probe businessman murder

The Allahabad High Court has directed the CBI to carry out a preliminary inquiry into the murder of a businessman in Hamirpur on August 14,2010.

The Allahabad High Court has directed the CBI to carry out a preliminary inquiry into the murder of a businessman in Hamirpur on August 14,2010. The father of the murdered businessman had alleged in his petition that UP governments PWD minister,Nassemuddin Siddiqui,was trying to shield two of the accused.
