Confusion in Cong over post

While Congress president Sonia Gandhis letter to Satyavrat Chaturvedi dispelled all confusion about his removal as party spokesperson twice within a span of 13 months,there is still no clarity about Janardan Dwivedis status as AICC media cell chairman. When his predecessor M Veerappa Moily was reported to have been removed as AICC media cell chairperson,the party had maintained that Dwivedi was being given charge only temporarily because Moily was busy with the Lok Sabha elections. Moily too had stated then that it was an interim arrangement. After the elections,Moily had even briefed the media for a few days before being appointed Law Minister. It is still not clear whether Dwivedi is the de facto or de jure chairman of the ruling partys media cell.
