AlphaG Corp launches new Gurgaon project

NEW DELHI: After the success of Alpha G:Corps eco-friendly project GurgaonOne,at Gurgaon Sector 22,the company will now develop a 12.5 acres residential development in Sector 84,Gurgaon,with 670 apartments as a larger,twin project. GurgaonOne,Sector 84 will be built at a cost of Rs 400 crore and will come up adjacent to the 210 meter-wide upcoming expressway that will connect to Dwarka and Indira Gandhi International Airport. Coming up in the vicinity of the 3,000 acre Reliance SEZ,the project is approximately 2.5 km from proposed the Metro Hub and ISBT. GurgaonOne,Sector 84 will comprise seven independent towers,each over twenty floors and with combinations of two,three and four bedroom apartments.

MGMs first India hotel in Delhi

NEW DELHI: MGM Hospitality recently signed a definitive agreement to operate the companys first destination hotel in India,the MGM Grand and Skylofts New Delhi. In partnership with Silver Resort Hotel India,MGM Hospitality will provide design assistance and operate this luxury hotel facility under the brand of MGM Grand. The new hotel will feature approximately 480 MGM Grand guest rooms,along with a number of exclusive Skylofts brand suites and serviced apartments.

Eros starts work at Sampoornam

NOIDA: Eros Group recently performed bhoomi poojan at Eros Sampoornam in Noida Extension. The residential project offers homes at affordable prices at an investment of around Rs 800 crore. Sampoornam is spread over 25 acres and will have around 3,300 units. The project will be constructed in phases. The first phase will have 850 units and is expected to be completed in 36 months. This project will have 90 per cent landscape area and comprises 2 and 3 BHK apartments of 835 sq ft to 1,800 sq ft. Apartments would start from Rs 16 lakh.

Falcon PPP project with Rajasthan

NEW DELHI: As a part of its PPP with the Rajasthan Government to provide affordable housing,Falcon Realty Services has started the construction work on the project in Global Eco City. Under the PPP model,Falcon will be constructing affordable housing units which will be a part of its Global Eco-City project,which is currently being developed in Alwar.
