Unitech sells out Gurgaon project

NEW DELHI: Unitech Limited said it has received an overwhelming response for its new project launched last week,Unitech South Park at Gurgaon,with over 300 bookings garnering almost Rs 200 crore. The company said it has completely sold out Phase I of the project that is targeted at the mid-income group.

Major cities see rise in hotel prices

NEW DELHI: Indian Metros show robust growth in average hotel price increases reflecting the resilience of Indias economy in 2010. The average cost of a hotel room in India rose 2 per cent reached 147 per night in 2010,according to the Hotels.com Hotel Price Index.
