NAREDCO to organise convention in Jan
NEW DELHI: National Real
Estate Development Council NAREDCO,the apex body for real estate and housing sectors under the aegis of housing and urban poverty alleviation ministry,is organising its 10th National Convention and NAREDCO Realty Exhibition to address the housing requirement of urban India. The convention is aimed at realising the Housing for All call of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The two-day convention,scheduled for January 8 and 9,2011,will be inaugurated by housing minister Kumari Selja.
Nitesh Estates launches villa project in Goa
NEW DELHI: Bangalore-based Nitesh Estates Ltd has announced the launch of its high-end villa project at Fisher Island in Goa. The project,spread over 9.3 acres,comprises 36 high-end villas that have been exclusively designed. The project is expected to be completed in 2-3 years at a cost of Rs 300 crore. The villas are priced between Rs 8 crore to Rs 10 crore.
3C launches Lotus 300 residential project

NEW DELHI: Falcon Realty Services,which has been involved in land acquisition and land consolidation for over two decades,has launched Jacaranda Heights as part of its Global Eco City project on NH-8. The project offers 1 BHK,2BHK,3 BHK and 4BHK apartments priced between Rs 13.25 lakh and Rs 45 lakh. The company is investing
approximately Rs 85 crore in the project,furnishing a total of 300 flats.
