CBI calls MLA for polygraph test

The CBI has called Dhruv Narain Singh,BJP MLA from Madhya Pradesh,to Delhi to conduct a polygraph test on him in connection with the murder of RTI activist Shehla Masood

The CBI has called Dhruv Narain Singh,BJP MLA from Madhya Pradesh,to Delhi to conduct a polygraph test on him in connection with the murder of RTI activist Shehla Masood.

Singh is under the scanner for his suspected role in the conspiracy to kill Masood and the CBI has long been planning to carry out the test on him. He is likely to be accompanied by his lawyers. Singh has been asked to join the investigation at the CBI headquarters here, and will be taken to CBI-CFSL laboratory.

The agency has already arrested two women and two contract killers. It suspects that there are more persons involved in the murder. Sleuths believe that its not possible for the main accused,Zahida Pervez,to carry such a foolproof plan.

We suspect that the conspiracy to kill Masood runs deeper and needs a thorough probe. It is for the same reason that Singh needs to be questioned at length using scientific tools, said a CBI official.
