Captains special guests

While most guests and newspaper representatives noticed the presence of Pakistani journalist Aroosa Alam at the launch of former Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singhs book The Last Sunset: Rise and Fall of the Lahore Durbar last week,almost everybody missed another unusual presence: that of singer Adnan Sami. Sami,who is Aroosas nephew,came to the venue after the formal launch along with his new wife. One reason why he escaped attention could be because the once bulky singer has lost almost half his weight. There were quite a few curious as to how he had achieved it,and Sami could be heard answering their queries.
