Cadila Healthcare merges 3 subsidiaries

Drug maker Cadila Healthcare on Monday said its board has approved the merger of three wholly owned subsidiaries with itself.

As per the decision,Zydus Animal Health Limited,Liva Healthcare Limited and Zydus Pharmaceuticals Limited will be amalgamated with Cadila Healthcare,which is the flagship company of the Zydus Cadila Group.

This amalgamation is subject to and conditional upon approvals and section being received thereof,including approvals and orders under section 391-394 of the Companies Act,1956,as may be required, the firm stated in its filing to the BSE.
