A talking photo printer

Canon has introduced the Selphy ES40 Compact Photo Printer, which can give you some verbal guidance in printing snapshots.

Canon has introduced the Selphy ES40 Compact Photo Printer, which can give you some verbal guidance in printing snapshots. The company says it added verbal coaching to ensure that people of all ages feel comfortable using the printer. Another reason: Many people do not understand how a dye-sublimation printer works. Unlike inkjets,a dye-sub printer will send the paper through four passes (three inks and a clear protective coating) before it completely ejects the print. Apparently, some people have been snatching the photo from the printer before it completes all four passes. The ES40 also has an intuitive interface and an easy-to-use scroll wheel that serve it well for viewing and editing photos on its 3.5-inch LCD. The ES40 prints a 4-by-6-inch photo in 55 seconds.

Now,pocket projectors
Microprojectors (or Pico projectors) are pocket-size gadgets that take video from an iPhone (or a handful of other smartphones) and play it on any surface, turning your wall, ceiling or tent into a 60-inch screen. The projectors first hit the market last year, with the debut of the Optoma Pico, which made a bit of a splash with the tech community. Now two competing models have been announced: the Cinemin Swivel,by WowWee Technologies and the 3M MPro120. Both offer significant improvements on the Optoma in design and functionality.
