CHENNAI, April 23:The World Bank has evinced keen interest in the greening of the East Coast Road ECR from Chennai to Cuddalore. The World Bank team which was here in March to hold discussions with Highways officials showed interest in taking part in landscaping, afforestation and development of the ECR stretch.
