Verka fair held

SAS NAGAR, Nov 3: A bonus distribution function and cattle fair was held here at Marauli Kalan near Morinda. It was organised by the Verka milk plant.

Speaking on the occasion, Milkfed Managing Director Amrik Singh said the milk producers should go in for improved breed of milch animals for increasing milk production and cutting down the costs. He lauded the efforts made by the farmers to make a three-tier cooperative system successful.
