Two day paediatric nursing update

CHANDIGARH, Oct 20: The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research will host a Continuing Education Programme on nursing, quot;Paediatric Nursing Update,quot; from October 23. The two-day update will focus on issues related to child and baby care to mother care.

Experts from all over the region will participate in the update which will touch upon various topics ranging from advancement in management of poisoned children, psycho-social aspects of modern children, post-operative nursing of the patients with megacolon, current trends in breast-feeding to childcare with nephritic syndrome and slide lecture on hepatitis B and chicken pox vaccine.
