Rahul Gandhi8217;s office at Tughlak Lane remains a mystery for Congressmen including senior leaders and MPs. While nobody expected easy access to the residence of the scion of the Nehru-Gandhi family, partymen are now discovering it is equally difficult to get access to his assistants, especially his confidant Kanishka Singh, son of former foreign secretary S K Singh who recently got a new gubernatorial assignment in Rajasthan. When Congressmen call the number at Rahul8217;s residence, the phone keeps on ringing until a mechanical voice tells them that the message box is 8220;full8221; and has no space for any more recordings. On a rare occasion when luck smiles and somebody picks up the phone, the voice on the other side has a predictable answer: 8220;Mr Kanishka Singh is in a meeting.8221;
