The BCCI should save its money and not hire any coach for the national cricket team. The Indian team is uncoachable. Players lack discipline, commitment, guts and the killer instinct. All they are interested in is their own records.
I think India should take a three year break from all international cricket so that these old and tired cricketers retire and fresh blood is brought in.

Waiting for coach

8226; What the BCCI lacks in common sense it makes up with endless controversies. The selection of the new national team coach is one such example.
The board president has said the Indian team will have a coach by June 15th. The Sri Lankan board has said it will install a new coach within a week or so. Why does the BCCI need so much time to decide from a short-listed group of four? With many teams poaching for coaches, let8217;s hope we don8217;t have to settle for second best.

Poor PM!

8226; The Indian PM received very poor media coverage in Russia. While watching the direct telecast of the Victory Day ceremony, we were eager to see our PM come up to meet Russian President Putin and pose for a photograph. To our surprise, just as our PM was approaching the Russian President, the channel RTR decided to apprise Moscovites of the traffic diversions
All other 50 delegates were properly introduced by the channel and each stood for one minute to pose for the photograph with Mr and Mrs Putin. Though our PM was sitting in the front row, he was not shown even once during the telecast.

The only reason these cowboys want the forest department in charge is because they have managed to worm themselves into the tiny and powerful clique of the forest department. Actually, many in this clique of 8216;8216;conservationists8217;8217; are little more than glorified tour operators, most of whom have made millions just hardselling the tiger. They forget that forests have survived 8220;despite8221; the forest department.

I can only nod in agreement when this word is used for Yadav. Having been a resident of Bihar for 26 years of my 28, I had to leave my hometown only when I had no other option.
